  4. Cases arrive at your door. Most orders under 500 units ship within a week.

Questions we get

Do you really have inventory for a 300-unit order?
Orders ship from ZAGG's US warehouse, not from our store shelves, so quantity isn't the constraint — current stock on a specific SKU is. Your quote includes a ship estimate based on that day's availability.
Can we mix iPad sizes in one order?
Yes. The tier is based on total units, so 60 ZAGG Rugged Books for 11" Airs and 50 for 13" Pros is a 110-unit order at 25% off.
Do you sell to the public?
This site is for business, government, and education orders of 10 units or more. For one or two cases, visit any of our Ohio ZAGG stores or zagg.com.
Are these the same cases ZAGG sells directly?
Identical SKUs, new in box, with the same warranty. We're an authorized ZAGG franchise buying directly from ZAGG — not a reseller of returns or overstock.
What about screen protectors?
Yes. ZAGG InvisibleShield glass can be added to any order at volume pricing, and some of our rugged cases include one.
Do you take purchase orders?
Yes. Send a PO and we issue an invoice; orders ship once payment clears by ACH, wire, or card. We don't extend net terms on first orders.
